I am Maggie Napier. I run Napier Midwifery Billing. For over 12 years I have worked as a business manager and insurance billing consultant in the midwifery world.
I have helped maternity clients in every state. Some moved here from other countries. I know this work takes trust. I take that seriously.
I have been married 18 years. My husband and I have four children. Our oldest serves in the military. Our youngest three are B/G/G triplets. My family is a big part of why I do this work. I want you to feel cared for, not lost in insurance paperwork.

What I Do
I handle insurance billing for midwives, birth centers, and individual maternity patients. I work on global maternity, antepartum, delivery, postpartum, equipment use, water births, newborn care, and more.
I help low-risk maternity patients who plan a home birth, have an outpatient admission to a Freestanding Birth Center, or receive collaborative care with an OB/GYN.
- Insurance billing for both Midwives and Birth Centers
- Hospital based deliveries at Los Robles in Thousand Oaks, California
- Filing self-pay fees to a client’s high-deductible plan
- Flat rate filing fees for insurance clients whose midwives do not accept insurance ($250.00)
- Assistance with billing Christian Health-share Ministries
- Doula and Lactation billing support
- Works with pelvic floor therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists
