A VOB checks what your insurance will cover before care starts. I call your insurance and send you a written report.
This is for expectant mothers using an out-of-network midwife or birth center. Results come within 7 business days.
This covers itemized receipts, help filing claims, appeals, audits, and calls with the claims department.
This is for one client who needs hands-on help after care. Good if you already had a VOB or know your plan basics.
This is for clients who use more than one out-of-network provider during pregnancy. That may include a midwife, chiropractor, doula, lactation consultant, and others.
One flat fee covers billing help across those providers. You pay once instead of stacking separate fees.
This is for midwifery groups that accept insurance and want ongoing billing support. I file claims, track payments, and handle follow-up with insurance companies.
The fee is a percentage of what insurance pays your practice. We set up a contract before work begins.
